I learned about turtles. I learned that green turtles are faster, cleaner, and smarter than loggerhead turtles. Also green turtles clean themselves and loggerheads don't. That's why loggerheads have barnecles all over their shell.

I'm pandabear, by watching the video I learned why Green Turtles are not eaten by sharks as much as Loggerhead turtles because they are faster, cleaner, and they come up for air alot.

I learned that green turtles stay up at the surface shorter then loggerhead turtles do, so loggerhead turtles have a greater chance to be eaten by sharks then green turtles.

in the video green turtles were faster and only stuck there heads out for a second so they were harder for the shark to eat

I learned that the green turtle does not have sharks going after him because he is clean and does not lay around looking like a big bowl of turtle soup.

I learned that sharks eat loggerheads and not green turtles. They don't eat green turtles because they're clean, faster, and they don't come up to get air to long.

I think I know why sharks eat loghead more. Green sea turtle has great speed because he or she has a clean back. Loghead has slow speed because it has a bumpy back. Also the Green Sea Turtles swim at the sea floor, while loghead swims at the surface.

Loggerhead Turtles are tasty treats for Tiger Sharks because Loggerhead turtles are easier to catch because of their slow speed. They are easier to spot as well because they spend more time above water than Green Turtles. The Green Turtles have more speed and don't spend as much time on the sea surface as Loggerheads do.

Hi, Im piggy234 and I learned from the video that Green turtles are not eaten as much because they have speed
they clean themselves and they swim on the surface of the water where sharks can't see them. Did anyone watch the movie about whales? Was it Cool?

Pandabeargirl,
Why are Green Turtles called Green turtles, because it does not sound like it took a very long time to think up that name! : )

loggerheads get eaten by tiger sharks more often because they are slower than the green turtle. green turtles are fast because of they clean their shell a lot. plus green turtles take smaller breaths than loggerheads. so loggerheads get eaten more often

They probably eat loggerheads more than green turtles because the green turtle has no barnacles on there shell so the green turtle could move faster than the loggerhead to get away. spongy cake
